Refund Policy and Code of Conduct for Parents Regarding Missed Classes

​Refund Policy:

a. Missed classes due to the participant's absence, regardless of the reason, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

b. In the event of a documented medical condition or injury preventing the participant from attending classes for an extended period, a prorated refund or credit may be considered upon review and approval by the soccer school management.

c. Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed classes due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond the control of the soccer school.

Communication and Notice: a. Parents or guardians are responsible for notifying the soccer school of any anticipated absence or missed class in advance, whenever possible. b. Notification of absence should be provided by contacting the soccer school administration or designated point of contact through the preferred communication channels (e.g., email, phone call, online portal) provided by the soccer school.

Make-Up Class Policy: a. The soccer school may offer limited make-up class opportunities for participants who miss a class due to extenuating circumstances or medical reasons, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the soccer school. b. Make-up classes, if available, will be scheduled at the discretion of the soccer school and may be offered on designated make-up days or within existing class schedules.

Parental Code of Conduct: a. Parents or guardians should prioritize regular attendance and punctuality for their child's scheduled classes. b. Parents or guardians should ensure their child arrives on time, appropriately dressed, and prepared for each class session. c. If an absence is anticipated or unavoidable, parents or guardians should provide timely notice to the soccer school as outlined in Section 2.

Commitment to the Program: a. By enrolling their child in the soccer school, parents or guardians acknowledge and accept the terms of the refund policy and code of conduct. b. Parents or guardians commit to encouraging their child's regular attendance, engagement, and active participation in the soccer school program.

Guidelines and Safety

  1. Assumption of Risk: By enrolling your child in our soccer program, you acknowledge and accept that participation in sports activities carries inherent risks of injury. You understand and agree that you are voluntarily allowing your child to participate in these activities, and you assume all risks associated with such participation.

  3. Parental Responsibility: As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for the safety and well-being of your child during their participation in our soccer program. This includes ensuring that your child is physically capable and medically cleared to participate and abiding by any medical recommendations or restrictions.

Player Health and Medical Conditions: It is your responsibility to inform the soccer program organizers about any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your child's participation. Please provide accurate and up-to-date medical information on the registration form.

  7. Code of Conduct: All parents, guardians, and spectators attending practices and league matches are expected to adhere to a code of conduct. This includes treating coaches, officials, and other participants with respect and refraining from any behavior that may be disruptive or harmful to others.

  9. Safety Guidelines: We prioritize the safety of all participants. Parents and guardians must ensure that their children adhere to all safety guidelines and rules set forth by the soccer program. This includes wearing appropriate equipment (e.g., shin guards), using designated playing areas, and following instructions from coaches.

  11. Injury Waiver: By enrolling your child in our soccer program, you acknowledge and accept that injuries may occur during soccer activities. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the soccer program, its organizers, coaches, and volunteers from any liability for injuries or damages sustained during participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

  13. Communication and Updates: It is important to stay informed about any changes, updates, or cancellations related to the soccer program. We will communicate important information through email, website announcements, or other designated channels. It is your responsibility to regularly check for updates and ensure that the program organizers have your updated contact information.

  15. Photography and Media: From time to time, we may take photographs or videos of the soccer activities for promotional purposes. By enrolling your child in the program, you grant permission for your child's image to be used in these materials. If you do not wish for your child's image to be used, please notify the program organizers in writing.
